Instructions:
Place all four types of berries, rock sugar, and 500ml of water into a pot.
Simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes until the water turns a deep red color.
Use the liquid to brew the black tea for 7s.
Pour the tea into a cup and garnish with a few fresh berries for added flavour and decoration.

Add spring water and bring to a boil. Then add a splash of white liquor and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

Decant and garnish with cinnamon sticks, mint leaves, and dried orange slices.

Heat over medium heat until it reaches a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Use the liquid to brew the black tea for 7 s.
